Axiomatic specializes in payroll administration, benefits, and reward strategies. AxioPay (Pty) Limited, was formed to ameliorate the myriad difficulties experienced when running a payroll in multiple African countries.

Axiomatic partnered with Elula Online to address the challenges of payroll automation and data integration between their HR/Finance systems and payroll management software.

The project focused on developing a staging table for payroll integration management and creating a custom, enterprise-level software user interface to streamline the work of Axiomatic’s clerks. This solution aimed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing, reducing manual interventions and ensuring seamless data management.

Utilising technologies such as PHP, N8N, and MySQL, Elula Online integrated Axiomatic’s payroll management system, PaySpace, with SuccessFactors to manager their HR and financial data. The result was a user-friendly, robust platform that improved payroll turnaround times and simplified data mapping between systems, ultimately allowing Axiomatic to deliver faster, more reliable services to their clients.

The integration between PaySpace & SuccessFactors has significantly improved the speed of payroll processing for Axiomatic’s clients by optimising their payroll management system. In addition, the integration has ensured a seamless flow of data between HR and finance systems, which has reduced the complexity and potential for errors enabling a smoother and more efficient operation, addressing one of the key pain points in managing payroll across multiple regions.

The solution further enhanced Axiomatic’s ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve financial data discrepancies, thereby improving overall system reliability. The delivery of a custom, enterprise-level software user interface further contributed to the efficiency and accuracy of payroll management tasks. This user-friendly interface empowered Axiomatic’s team to handle payroll operations with greater precision, ultimately leading to a more robust and effective payroll management system.
